  2.      The Phone Message Center allows you to take phone messages
  3. and forward them to the appropriate user.  Right Hand Man will let
  4. you add callers to a company-wide database making it easier to
  5. take messages from frequent callers.
  6.  
  7. File:     File commands. Submenu includes options to
  8.           create/manage phone messages:
  9.  
  10.      New:      Creates a phone message. Same as Take. See Taking
  11.                a Phone Message. Same as the <INSERT> key.
  12.  
  13.      Open:     Lets you read/edit the highlighted phone message.
  14.                You can edit the caller's Name (Last, then First),
  15.                Company, Phone number, and Status.  You can also
  16.                edit the "message" text.  Same as Read or by
  17.                pressing the <RETURN> key.
  18.  
  19.      Delete:   Deletes the highlighted phone message and archives
  20.                it to two separate database files, ARCHIVE and
  21.                PHONE.  The ARCHIVE will retain all of the
  22.                information except for the message memo.  The
  23.                PHONE database is a personal database used for
  24.                reviewing old phone messages.  Same as pressing
  25.                the <DEL> key.

  27.      Export:   Exports the highlighted phone message into a
  28.                transport buffer where it can be retrieved by
  29.                pressing <CTRL-E>.

  31.      Print:    Prints the highlighted message.  You have three
  32.                options:
  33.  
  34.           All:      Lets you print all the phone messages in the
  35.                     current list.
  36.  
  37.           Range:    Allows you to print phone messages that were
  38.                     received within a certain range of days.  RHM
  39.                     will prompt you for the first and last day of
  40.                     the print range.
  41.  
  42.           Single:   Lets you print the highlighted phone message.
  43.  
  44. Exit:     Exits the Phone Message Center, bringing you back
  45.                to the main program opening screen.

  47. Take:     Use this command to take a phone message. Same as File,
  48.           New or pressing the <INS> key.  See Taking a Phone
  49.           Message.

  51. Read:     Displays the highlighted phone message.  Open will
  52.           allow you to edit a phone message; Read, however, will
  53.           only allow you to view a message.  Same as pressing the
  54.           <ENTER> key on the highlighted message.

  56. Frequent: Deletes the highlighted phone message and adds it to
  57.           the GLOBAL database (also called the frequent caller
  58.           database).  The frequent caller database is used to
  59.           automatically take messages from callers who have been
  60.           frequented.
  61.  
  62. Forward:  Forwards the highlighted phone message to another user.
  63.  
  64. Options:  
  65.  
  66.      Call:     Dials the phone number of the highlighted message.
  67.                Simply pick up the receiver after you hear the
  68.                number dialed on your modem speaker. Hit any key
  69.                to make the modem hang up.

  71.      Order:    This command allows you sort your phone messages
  72.                by Company, Last Name, Phone Number or the Time
  73.                the message was taken.  Reverse will reverse
  74.                the current message order.
